Internal pipe lubrication involves wetting the inside of a cylindrical body. Depending on the type of process, greases or oils are used here. Its basic design includes up to six dosing pumps or nozzles, two pulse generators and a special pressure control valve, which we use to adjust the blowing air intensity precisely to your requirements. The device can also be variably controlled and equipped with a wide range of accessories.
Due to the typical shape of pipes, nozzles that can operate at a 360-degree angle are ideal for internal wetting. Our 360-degree nozzles (SPV) make it easy to do just that. The outstanding features include the ability to regulate an airflow separately, as well as precise and, above all, even application of the lubricant, even with pressure fluctuations. This is only possible with the appropriate WERUCON valve, which is selected separately for each application. It can be used with pipes up to 400 mm in diameter and even with highly viscous media without any problems.
