With the micro dosing pump DOP-E developed by WERUCON®, the dosing volume can be continuously adjusted by means of a servo motor. The dosing volume setting and the dosing stroke can be permanently monitored. The dosing stroke is monitored by means of an integrated light barrier.

The micro dosing pump DOP-E is used for the volumetric delivery of liquid fluids. The delivery volume is not only precisely reproducible, it can also be adjusted continuously and linearly during the process. The large, infinitely variable adjustment range of the dosing pump extends from a barely perceptible volume to a maximum delivery rate of 3 cm³/min. Once activated, the lubricant exits the connected dosing nozzles without any time delay.
