The centrifugal lance of the centrifugal dosing lance is driven by a servomotor. As soon as the centrifugal lance has reached a set speed, dosing starts. The pulse-like dosing can be repeated as often as required while the centrifugal disk is running. In combination with a linear movement, it is also possible to apply to longer cylinder walls. The centrifugal dosing lance can be operated independently with an optional control/visualization system or integrated into a customer's control system. The speed and dispensing frequency can be adjusted “in process” and thus enable variable application patterns on a component. Adaptation to different internal diameters is also possible “in process”.
