The Electronic Dosing Centre – a WERUCON in-house development – stands for an efficient value-added chain. The EDC enables a reduction in production costs and at the same time contributes to the optimisation of our own processes. This process is called Lean Lubrication, which is an effective solution for all lubrication applications and specialises in a wide range of viscosities. You operate the EDC with the help of the fast-response touch panel integrated in a compact body. This means that you can now also predefine the required amount of oil as a process rule for up to eight spraying points! You can save the different recipes and retrieve them as often as you like, depending on the process requirements. The volumetric dosing pumps developed by WERUCON allow you to regulate the oil quantity precisely. Benefit from resource-saving and at the same time maximally accurate dosing – and all fully automated.
